Outside wedding decorations made from hydrangeas, alstroemeria and roses

Outside wedding decorations can need some planning to get a professional finish. This is often a job that is left to professionals, although you can do it yourself if you wish.

The flowers in the outside table decorations above are hydrangeas, alstroemeria and roses. These look wonderful on the long tables that the reception is being held at. The combination of white, lime green and purple flowers is a popular choice. And it works very well, as you can see in this example.

You could also consider having flowers around the registrar’s table or arch where you are going to get married. This is quite a common way to decorate the area. If you are concerned that the amount of flowers that you’ll use could be quite high (and expensive) then choose to use bunches of flowers rather than a long garland of flowers.

The other thing that you can decorate outside is the chair backs. A good way to do this is to decorate the seats that are on the end of the rows so that you see the flowers as you walk down the aisle.
