Lily and Gerbera Centerpiece

This lily and gerbera centrepiece is a nice attractive table decoration for a wedding. It features a stargazer lily towards the base and gerbera daisy flowers higher up. The other flower that is present is Dendrobium (Singapore orchids).

Although some people would say that this is an unusual combination of flowers to use, it all comes together quite well. And the use of a square glass vase gives the arrangement a contemporary feel.

You maybe able to notice that the lily has had its pollen-filled stamen heads removed. This is sensible because lily pollen can stain clothing when you brush against it. A bride’s white dress could easily get orange blotches on it!
