Inexpensive Table Centerpieces

Here are some ideas for inexpensive table centerpieces that will look great at your wedding. This is one of the areas that you can save a lot of money on your wedding budget.

One of the easiest centerpieces that you can create yourself is a candle centerpiece that has decorations around the base. The photo above shows this idea with Christmas decorations, which would be ideal for a seasonal wedding.

You can also adapt this idea to the theme of your wedding. You can place leaves around the base for a fall wedding or seashells for a tropical theme wedding. You could also just place 5 or so gerber daisies around the candles. This will be much less expensive than a traditional flower centerpiece.

The Inexpensive 'Two in One' Centerpiece

Another suggestion for the table decoration is use what I call a ‘ two in one’ idea. Use something that is already going to be at the reception and make it into a table decoration. If you’ve already decided you’re having favors, then stack them up in the center of the table on a nice display stand to make a centerpiece. Another idea is to provide an edible centerpiece. Instead of having the guests get up to go to a buffet table, provide it in the center of the table for them – and you’ve just saved the cost of a centerpiece decoration.
